"The Sustainable Middle Aged Male" Programme

Through the "Sustainable Middle Aged Male" programme, I support you in getting back to a state of energy, happiness and purpose.
We can't magically make you 25 again, but we can certainly make you FEEL like 25 again.
You will move from the state of "PAIN" (a fed up, lack lustre, tired bloke who is wondering what the point is anymore whilst dreading getting older) to the state of "GAIN" (a midlife man with high energy, lighter mood, purpose, kindness and a mindset of embracing ageing with positivity and grace).
This is a very practical and down to earth programme full of sensible, actionable and SUSTAINABLE strategies to get you feeling great and staying that way.
There's no mystical chanting etc - I'm not into that - and that isn't how I got myself back to feeling awesome.
And whilst your physical health and exercise is vitally important - it's NOT a programme that demands you to be in the gym 24/7.
The home visit, consultation involves me visiting you at home, in your "setting" and working together to arrive at a SUSTAINABLE routine that will get you back to feeling awesome again.
We will spend the day together, raising awareness, exploring your environment and situation whilst looking at how we can create new routines, schedules and practical strategies to get you back to feeling great again as quickly as possible.
This isn't rocket science but sometimes we all need someone else to view our situation from another perspective, make new suggestions, give a nudge and support in the right direction.

Wild Camping / Wellness Experience
- 1 night wild camping experience in suitable location (eg Thetford Forest)
- 1:1 or very small groups - 5 max
- Outdoors, sleeping under stars, cooking, talking and sharing.
- Wild swimming, grounding, meditation.
4X4 Off Road Adventure, Wellness Day
- A guided day of relaxed off road driving, exploring the vast areas of forest, local to Norfolk and Suffolk in the UK.
- Wild swimming and outdoor cooking
Getting completely away from your usual routine.
An opportunity to talk about your situation in a less formal setting.
Opportunities to find and explore beautiful spots hidden in the forest.
An active way of devising a sustainable plan of action for your overall health and well-being.
Coaching
There are loads of definitions but basically, people use a coach because they want to gain results or progress on something, make a change or achieve greater clarity.
A coach helps by raising your awareness, keeping you focused and accountable.
The coach will listen, discuss the context of the issue and support the client in arriving at options and solutions that are suitable for them.
Mentoring
Simply put, a mentor is someone who has already been on your journey, got the t-shirt, and if appropriate, can offer suggestions of how you might move ahead with your personal challenges based on how they did it.
Through my programmes I will be both your COACH and MENTOR.
