Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy for How 2 Thrive Ltd.

At How 2 Thrive Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality wellness experiences. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Terms of Return:

For physical products (if applicable), returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
For digital products or services (e.g., online courses, downloadable content), refunds are generally not offered due to the nature of the product, unless otherwise stated.
For workshops or events, cancellations and refund eligibility will be stated on the individual event page.

State of Return (for physical products):

Returned items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging intact.

Reason for Return (for physical products):

Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect items received.
Returns may be accepted for other reasons at the discretion of How 2 Thrive Ltd.

Process for Return (for physical products):

Provide Information: Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos of any damaged or incorrect items.
Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Ship the Item: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
